[1] The WWS U.S. Championship was awarded as part of WWS Battle for the Belts, the WWS' very first event.
[2] Disturbed Rage defeated X-Caliber to earn the right to replace Masked Enforcer as Cruncher's WWS World Tag Team Champion partner, after Masked Enforcer was
        no longer able to defend his half of the titles due to injury.
[3] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was unified with the WWS Lightweight Tag Team Championship to form the WWS Inter-Divisional Tag Team
        Championship on 11.12.00. The two championship partners faced each other to determine who would represent their divsion on the first team to hold the newly
        formed title.
[4] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was reactivated when the WWS Inter-Divisional Tag Team Championship was declared vacant on 7.15.01. Each of the
        champions chose a new partner, and competed for their respective division's tag titles, against a number one contender chosen by the WWS Championship
        Committee.
[5] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was declared vacant on 11.25.01, when the WWS went on hiatus.
[6] When the WWS returned from hiatus, a match was held to determine the new WWS World Tag Team Champions.
[7] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was declared vacant on 4.28.02, when the WWS went on hiatus.
[8] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was awarded to the winner of a TLC match on 4.27.03, a few weeks after the WWS returned from hiatus.
[9] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was declared vacant on 7.20.03, when the WWS went on hiatus.
[10] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was reactivated on 10.08.06, and awarded to the winners of an eight-team tournament.
[11] Marcus K. Yelder replaced Brandon $. Yelder on the team, when Brandon was unable to defend the title due to winning the WWS Championship on 2.18.07.
[12] Primetime Punisher replaced Corky Angle on the team, when Corky was unable to defend the title due to winning the WWS Championship on 5.20.07.
[13] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was declared vacant on 10.12.07 when the WWS was forced to suspend activity due to a federal investigation into
          steroid use.
[14] The WWS World Tag Team Championship was on the line in a rematch from the event before activity was suspended due to a federal investigation into
          steroid use.
