House Show Rules

Scheduling Matches
Matches will be booked by the host, and at the host's discretion. Members will not request or demand "next match" or other preferential treatment, as they will not be honored. Everyone will have plenty of opportunities to compete multiple times per show. All house shows are co-branded.

Titles
All titles with the exception of the WWS Championship may be defended in an official WWS World Tour House Show. Title matches must fit the following criteria:

1. Title matches will be booked by the host. Requests and demands for title shots will not be honored.

2. No titles will be defended in the week leading up to a Pay-Per-View event.

3. Challengers in title matches must be ranked in the WWS Standings for the title in question. If they are not, the match will be a non-title match. If multiple eligible challengers are in the room, the title shot will go to the highest ranked superstar(s) for the title in question. The host has the discretion, but not the obligation, to book a triple threat or fatal four way match in the case of multiple eligible challengers.

4. Any champion with the exception of the WWS Hardkore Champion can opt to compete in a non-title match instead of defending their title. However, if the challenger wins, a title shot must be granted immediately.

5. The WWS Hardkore Championship will be on the line in ANY singles match where the champion competes.

6. If a title changes hands in a WWS World Tour House Show, the new champion will only compete in non-title matches for the remainder of the show. No title shot will be granted if a challenger wins a non-title match under these conditions.

Conduct
The hosts of each show are in charge. Their names are highlighted in bold, so there is no confusion. Please show the hosts respect, as they are volunteering their time to conduct the shows.

The House Show is not a chat room. The goal is to conduct as many matches as possible during the scheduled times. Therefore, if you wish to have a conversation with someone, please switch to the 24/7 room so you do not disrupt the House Show.

The following behaviors will get you silenced in the room:

- Chatting while questions are being asked.
- Arguing with the host.
- Fighting with other users.
- Personal attacks of any kind.

Repeated violations of this rule will result in suspension of your Live Chat user ID, up to and including a permanent ban from the WWS Live Chat system.

How to play
Once you are booked in a match, you will be asked trivia questions by the host.

In matches, the first participant to answer correctly receives 1 point. The first participant to reach 5 points wins the match.

When answering trivia, spelling does not count. You may use abbreviations such as "Hogan" for Hulk Hogan or even "HBK" or "JBL" for Shawn Michaels or John Bradshaw Layfield. Abbreviations such as "BH" for Bret Hart will not be accepted. Please make sure you are careful, as using an abbreviation like "Hart" could mean either Bret or Owen, whereas "Bret" and "Owen" will not cause confusion. Ultimately, it will be up to the house show host, as to whether or not your abbreviated answer is accepted.

Results
WWS House Shows are done TV-taping style. This means that members can compete in multiple matches at each show. Results will be posted at random, and the dates will not necessarily correspond with the individual house show events. The reason for this is to be able to get several different results "events" out of a single house show. This means you may not see your match in the results right away. Be patient. It will show up.

Results from WWS House Shows can be found on the WWS World Tour page.
